Not because their ideas are weak or their impact is unclear, but because the funding landscape itself can be confusing, competitive, and time consuming to navigate. Many leaders find themselves starting from scratch with every proposal, chasing opportunities that are not quite the right fit, and second guessing what funders actually want to see.
After more than two decades writing proposals, reviewing applications, and supporting funded initiatives, we realized something simple. Most teams do not need to work harder. They need better clarity and better strategy.
That is why we decided to host a series of free workshops.
We wanted to create space where leaders could learn practical, real world approaches to funding without a paywall or a long term commitment. These sessions are designed to share the insights we wish more people had access to earlier, from how to avoid common proposal mistakes to how to position your work more effectively and build more consistent revenue over time.
Our goal is not to overwhelm people with theory. It is to offer useful tools, honest conversations, and ideas you can apply immediately, whether you ever work with us or not.
